The St. Louis County Police will host a Town Hall Meeting on community safety Thursday, April 23 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the gym at Craig Elementary School, 1492 Craig Rd.
Topics include how the County Police Department functions, solved area burglaries, Neighborhood Preservation and handling derelict properties, and County programs for the elderly and mentally disabled.
In celebration of Earth Day, you will also be able to drop off any unused medications, including: prescription, controlled substances, OTC, pet meds, vitamins and supplements, medicated ointments/creams/oils, liquid medication in leak proof containers, homeopathic/herbal remedies, and suppositories. Local pharmacies normally charge for drug collection, so we encourage you to take advantage of this free opportunity.
