We're excited to see all the updates being made by homeowners in Brookdale Plats 1-6. All of this adds great value to our neighborhood, and we appreciate each resident's unique contributions to the community.
If you are considering any major construction or changes to your home or yard, the trustees want to remind our residents to please review our subdivision indentures as well as St. Louis County ordinances to be sure the type and placement of your project is allowable within Brookdale Subdivision.
