Brookdale residents should have recently received a flier from St. Louis County regarding a notice that we will have a new trash service contract starting April 1, 2027. The County requested feedback via a QR code, which you can provide directly at this link until such time as the survey expires.
For purposes of the survey or other communication with the County, please be aware that Brookdale is located in St. Louis County Trash District 3.
Additional information is available on the St. Louis County Trash Districts web page. You are encouraged to reach out to the County with any concerns or questions about our current service provider or upcoming changes.
If you have concerns about service from our current provider, Waste Connections, please reach out to the hauler directly. We have learned that you may be eligible to receive a refund for missed pickups, but this is only available if you contact them directly to make a request.
