For those who have joined in garage sale dates in past, please note that this is no longer a Realtor sponsored event, and therefore we will not have a special map listing sales. However, anyone in Brookdale is invited to open their garage and join in. You are also welcome to promote your own sale independently, which can help draw shoppers out, and we are planning to promote the broader community sale in various online spots as well.
We will post a few signs at entries listing the date and sale time from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., but we're sure some will want to open their garages in advance for the early birds, or even go long. Feel free!
As a reminder, or in case this will be your first experience, it's always helpful to plan for heavier traffic on this date, and use special caution as you are out and about.
